Collecting it yourself? Labelled crates and a setup card, and we're on the phone if you need us. Booked delivery? We arrive an hour early, light it, send you a photo, and pack down after you leave.

How far ahead should I book?要提前多久预订？
Two weeks is comfortable. Weekends go first, but same-week is often possible — just ask.
提前两周比较从容。周末最先满，但当周也常能安排，直接问就好。
Can I set it up myself?可以自己布置吗？
Yes — that's the first tier. Two people, about 30 minutes, no tools. Labelled crates, a setup card and a short video are included, and it all fits in a small sedan. Collect from our storage in the eastern suburbs, keep it up to two days, bring it back.

What about the deposit and bond?定金和押金怎么算？
A deposit holds your date and comes off the total. Dry hire also takes a refundable bond, returned once the gear is back intact — normal wear like a few lost petals doesn't count. Delivery bookings need no bond.
定金锁定档期，可抵扣总价。干租另收可退押金，道具完好归还后退回 —— 掉几片花瓣这类正常损耗不算。送货上门无需押金。
What happens if it rains?下雨怎么办？
We decide with you the day before. Move the date or switch indoors, no extra charge. Wind is the real problem, not rain — if it's blowing hard we'll tell you before you commit.
提前一天和你一起决定。可以改期或改室内，不另收费。真正麻烦的是风不是雨 —— 风大我们会在你定下来之前就说。
Do I need a council permit?需要市政许可吗？
For a small setup over a couple of hours with no marquee or music, most councils are fine. Some foreshore reserves are stricter — tell us the spot and we'll tell you what we've run into there.

How much space does it need?需要多大场地？
The arch is two metres tall and wants about 3 × 3 m of clear ground. Everything is battery-powered and flame-free, so sand, grass, decking and carpet are all fine.

Within about 25 km of the CBD is included — Brighton, St Kilda, Albert Park, Docklands, Box Hill, Glen Waverley, Doncaster and around. Peninsula and Geelong with a travel fee. Dry hire has no zone limit.
